This season we had the pleasure of creating a beautiful outdoor space in Northwest Suburban Chicagoland. For our projects we often mix brands to great the outstanding results our customers have come to expect.

Gazebo Cedar

This project included replacing a deck, remove a hot tub concrete pad and repair a gazebo We replaced an existing deck and hot tub. The new deck is made with capped composite material from TimberTech in the Caribbean Redwood color. The railing is Trex Select white top and bottom with black round spindles. To cover the frame and give a more finished look, there is solid skirting in white from Azek. The screened cedar octagon gazebo has TimberTech decking in Caribbean Redwood, new Azek soffit panels, fascia and trim with venting. The ceiling has bead board and cedar crown for rope lighting. The gazebo was stained and painted.

Create Deck & Stone Walkway

This project is a great example of how we mixed brands of decking, railing and skirting. Staring with the deck, Zuri Walnut Decking and Stair Treads with Fiberon Paramount Earthstone skirting and stair risers are a great contrast to the darker railing.

Gates Westbury C10 Gate Black Fine Texture Powder Coated Aluminum

Walkway Eden Flagstone

The railings surround the deck are 42” high Deckorators Dark Walnut CXT with black metal balusters and black fine texture powder coated aluminum Westbury C10 Gate to help prevent accidental stumbles down the stairs.

In addition to the deck, a walkway made of Eden Flagstone stone creates an elegant path to and from the deck.

Along the walkway, we used the same Deckorators Dark Walnut CXT railing with black metal balusters, this time only 36” high.
